Ayo is a registered clinical nutritionist specialising in women's digestive health, menstrual health, cosmetic nutrition, and a range of nutrition-related conditions. She has worked in Nigeria and Italy, giving her a global, culturally informed view on health through food.

With three years of clinical and public health experience, Ayo combines evidence-based advice, holistic assessments and personalised nutrition plans to promote sustainable lifestyle changes. She also engages with food systems, linking individual nutrition with broader environmental and public health issues. Her approach aims to help clients achieve clear, lasting results.
